1. Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when shiromalou.se has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by shiromalou.se. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. shiromalou.com has ownership and right of return for all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and shiromalou.se must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

2. Prices

Prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, the prices will be stated without VAT at checkout.

When confirming an order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that shiromalou.se does not control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping

 You can see the shipping cost at checkout when you enter your address.

4.Payment options / payment terms

4.1 Invoice

The fee for paying against an invoice is 0 SEK. We use Klarna for invoices and you can find their terms here: Klarna

4.2 Card payment

We use Stripe for secure card payments.

4.3 Direct payment via internet banking.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 11.00 on a weekend weekday are normally processed the same day and are normally delivered within 1-5 days within EU

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. The packages are delivered by DHL, Postnord or UPS. to the delivery point or sent by post.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

7. Transport

We always pack our products in the best way to protect the goods during transport. If you can see that the package is damaged when you pick it up, this damage must always be reported to the shipping company. Damaged packages are reported to the shipping company immediately when you receive the delivery. Should you, on the other hand, discover a damage to a product when you have unpacked the package that is not a transport damage, you must complain to us at hello@shiromalou.se

You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

8. Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to hello@shiromalou.se

9. Returns 

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

  • For orders within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland we will send you a shipping note, but you are responsible for the return shipping of SEK 49 / package, which is deducted from the amount paid upon refund. If your order includes a dog bed, the return cost is SEK 99 per bed, which is deducted from the amount paid upon refund. You are responsible for delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when used or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Specially made product, which has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can deteriorate rapidly, such as food.

10. Complaints

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail hello (a) shiromalou.se before you send something. Attach the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

11. Refunds

Refunds are made via Klarna, Stripe or Paypal. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations

We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service (by e-mail hello@shiromalou.se). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our Privacy Policy ).

14. Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not collect your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 249

15. Force Majeur

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
